Before Scoop was even a glimmer in the eyes of Graywood’s development team, they knew that there was something special about the West St. Clair West neighbourhood.

It had a vibe, an energy bubbling under the surface and it needed to be uncovered thoughtfully. “I came to the area before we purchased the land,” said Adidharma Purnomo, Vice President, Development Project Management and the team lead on Scoop. “I walked around during the weekend. During the day. During the night. I talked to the residents, shop owners and visited restaurants.”

What Purnomo found was this particular stretch between Caledonia and Old Weston Road was truly special.
